create Catherine Bell's Subdivision.

Interesting Fact
This subdivision was just a small part of the western section of the 2.689-acre Lot 4 of the original Norwood Heights Subdivision of Parvin, Bolles and Lane. It was on the south side of Mound Avenue, separated from the Mound by the Norwood Heights' Lot 5.
