The lots in these three subdivision are as follows:
1-131, 15-411, 42-472, 48-531, 54-562, 57-591, 60-662, 67-733, 74-792, 80-823, 83-852 and 86-1223.
Notice that there is no number 14 lot. This may have been excluded to allow for Baker Street
(later made an extension of and renamed to Ivanhoe Avenue) from being closed off at Courtland.
Both the streets and the lots are 50-foot wide, easily allowing for this change to the plat map.
